When you receive an order your logistics engine kicks into gear. You need to pick the right product/s and get it/them ready for packing and shipping, but it doesn’t stop there. Every item picked needs to be counted to ensure that your stock levels are maintained. If your office is not in the same building as your warehouse/storage facility then this makes the task even harder.
All this therefore takes time to organise and manage and so the “picking” part of our service helps to eliminate this headache.
Upon receipt of an order to be shipped, Storage Plus will identify and pick the item, making note of the remaining stock of each item picked. The item/s is then made ready for packing, noting any special packaging requirements.
If the stock levels run below a pre-determined level we will inform you via email of this so that you can make arrangements with your suppliers to deliver more to us.
