Firstly you need to order the correct packaging materials, secondly you need to keep them stocked in sufficient quantities so that shipments are not held up. You then need to ensure that each item is properly packed and made ready for shipping, including adequate labelling. All this is easily doable if you have a dedicated employee, but trying to multi-task in this area is frustrating at best.
